Shout out to Isaiah who fixed an issue in 5 minutes that I stressed about all afternoon! It was so nice to hear a real person answering the phones.

Isiah installed a ceiling fan and repaired a kitchen light.
He did an outstanding job and I'm very impressed with the company and recommend anyone that's needs electric to contact durbin electric!!?!!

Within days of my initial call to Durbin Electric, an electrician came out to give us an estimate, the estimate was emailed to us within 24 hours, and we had an appointment for the work to be completed in one week. All of the Durbin Electric employees we have come into contact with have been professional, courteous, and excellent problem solvers. I would highly recommend them, including for the experience start to finish. They also clean up after themselves really well!

I had Kaleb and Isaiah out to my home this morning, and they were efficient, friendly, and communicative about the issues I was experiencing. They rememdied the issue and explained to me what was causing it and what I need to do to prevent it into the future. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I will call Durbin Electric for any electrical services I may need into the future.

I chose Durbin Electric because of all the 5 star reviews, and man, they did not disappoint. From the moment I called, which wasn’t until around 1030 this morning, they were nothing short of fantastic. I was told that they may be able to get to me today and I was put on the schedule for the afternoon. The lady that I spoke with was very honest in explaining to me that there was a possibly that they wouldn’t be able to get to me and may have to reschedule, which I was completely fine with.

Well, they made it work! Isaiah showed up right around 4, and by 430, he was done and the electricity in my master bedroom and my bathroom receptacles were all working again! Plus, Isaiah is a super nice dude - very polite and we talked the entire time he was here. So thankful that I made the call to Durbin - Google reviews work! Thanks again, Isaiah, and Durbin Electric, you now have a new permanent customer!!

Very professional. Explained what was the issue and fixed the issue. The gentleman who was with Trey. He was very straightforward and to the point. I appreciated his honesty. I don’t remember the name of the other gentleman but he was top notch. They are also very reasonable for an electrician. I would call Durbin again electric again if I had any electrical needs.

I would highly recommend Durbin Elictric. They quickly responded to me on a Sunday. morning and had an electrician at my house within an hour. Because LG&E had to disconnect power, my problem was not fixed until next day. Durbin may be the best I have used in my 50 years in Louisville! Mike was just here to label everything in my breaker box. He did a great job. I now know which breaker turns off everything in my house. Once again Durbin Electric did a great job. Price was reasonable.

Mike Durbin of Durbin Electrical personally came out early this Sunday morning and replaced a 15 breaker that have blown. He explained what he was doing (step by step), and once finished, tested and confirmed everything was working appropriately. Super nice guy. Five Stars !!!

Isaiah and Kaleb were both consummate professionals and very personable when they installed our outdoor fan, outlets, and GFCI connection for our deck and hot tub. They arrived on time, worked throughout the day and took a very late (and brief) lunch. Before doing anything, they asked for our opinion to verify our requirements. Isaiah and Caleb did a great job. Very professional. They wore shoe covers, explained the problem and their repairs well, and the repairs looked and functioned perfectly. They even went above and beyond to anchor an old garage outlet to the wall that was put in incorrectly by the builders. And they did it all in the sweltering heat.

Durbin Electric has done an amazing job on a 1920 historical Highlands house in Louisville. Very professional, reasonable prices and on time appointments kept! Micheal, Isaiah and Kaleb rewired and outfitted an entire garage and back deck, and are coming back soon to do some interior work. I'm lucky to have found them and recommend highly!

We had Isaiah Barmore come out. It was a quick and easy process. He did good work. They got out here much faster than other companies were going to. I'm thankful to only be without power for a couple days rather than a week or longer.

These guys were excellent in fixing several outlets inside and outside of our house. Really efficient, effective and communicated throughout about what they were doing and why. Highly recommend!

After calling several electrical companies that were unable to respond to my issue until the following day at the earliest, I called Durbin Electric LLC. I explained my issue to the Durbin electrician and he requested that I send him a picture of my circuit breaker box. In turn, he quickly identified the problem and told me how to solve my issue over the phone. It worked immediately thereby eliminating the need for a service call. I was pleasantly surprised with his honesty and will use his company for any future electrical issues. Highly recommend!

I was moving into new to me home and had a dozen or so small jobs (dimmer switches, move a ceiling fan countdown timers for bathroom exhaust fans, install new chandelier etc). Courteous and efficient workers. Very reasonably priced.

The owner, who was about to go out of town for the 4th, came and fixed our fuse, which was causing a power outage. He took the time to come by and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. He was also very professional. If you have any electric issues, they are the people to call. Thank you all again.

I was so impressed with this company. I had the fire dept and LG&E at my house at midnight with an electrical problem. I asked them what I should do and they said to call a licensed electrician. I looked online and saw that Durbin had a 5 star reputation and thst they were open 24 hrs. I called right away and got a real person who came out the next morning (Sunday) and spent several hours fixing my problem. Mike was so professional and competent. He showed me exactly what had happened and had it fixed and LG&Es inspector there and my electricity turned back on by 3 pm. Less than 24 hours from start to finish. Price was reasonable and I feel very secure that everything is safe. Thank you, Durbin Electric.
